When registering, you can choose between the payment options invoice and credit card.
For bank transfers, please follow the payment instructions on the invoice. Please use the reference number given (CT25…) as the reason for payment. For credit card payments, the integrated Hobex tool can be used. Once your payment has been received and booked, your registration in ConfTool is complete. Unfortunately, payment by invoice can take several weeks to process.

To ensure that you can fully focus on the content and exchange during the event, we would like to offer you our best possible support — including assistance with any organizational matters. If you require childcare during the event, you can let us know during the registration (registration before August 10th required). We will contact you to specify the child care you need.
