Completed Research Papers (except Student Track Papers) are allocated a 25-minute slot. Please plan for no more than 20 minutes of presentation to allow 5 minutes for discussion.
Research-in-Progress Papers (except Student Track Papers) are allocated a 15-minute slot. The presentation should last no more than 10 minutes, followed by 5 minutes of discussion.
Student Track: Completed Research Papers are allocated a 15-minute slot (max. 10 minutes presentation, followed by 5 minutes discussion) whereas Research-in-Progress Papers have to be presented within 10 minutes (max. 7 minutes presentation, followed by 3 minutes discussion).
Your Session Chair is your time keeper and uses time cards to remind you of the time left for presentation.
Technical Information
Upload your presentation 30 minutes before the session starts to a specific session folder (Information regarding the upload per session will be distributed seperately)! Supported file formats: PowerPoint (ppt, pptx) and PDF. It is not possible to use your own computer / laptop / tablet or USB stick.
Presentations should be prepared in 16:9 format based on the template provided here: download. There is no tempalte for other formats (e.g., LaTeX) available. The first side of your presentation as provided in the template must be used.
The presentation language should match the submission language (in most cases English).
If your presentation contains video or audio, please arrive early in your session to run a test if possible. Note that flawless playback of video and sound cannot be guaranteed in all rooms.
Your Session Buddy will be in the room 30 minutes prior to the session start to support you at the venuel.

Upload your poster within the according deadline via ConfTool or send it to the Track Chairs
Poster must be based on the poster template
Posters that have been submitted in time will be printed by us and can be collected at the registration desk from Monday on
