FAQs

Submission

Question: Is there a limit to the number of submissions per author?
Answer: Yes - The maximum number of submissions per (co-)author is 5.
Question: Are doctoral students allowed to submit to a track if the supervisor is one of the track chairs?
Answer: If the Track Chairs (TC) themselves act as authors, then it would make sense to submit in a different track. You should not submit in your own track to avoid a conflict of interest. In doubt, submit to the General Track.
Submissions from authors who have a conflict of interest with TCs or Associate Editors (AE) are possible. Within the track, it should then be ensured that a TC or AE who does not have a conflict of interest is responsible for the paper.

Participation in the DC is not possible without having been accepted into the DC.
